nonsense club i would say.
we've signed up with the club and some bullshit happened in between so we request them to refund the deposit. and they agreed.
so, its been more than 1 month and they have no action at all. even i've sent emails, they just said it is in a process.
seriously, for a name like Palace of the Golden Horses. this kinda service is really ridiculous.
the last email i've sent, she fwd to some other department with me in it. and its the 2nd day now. no reply.
how long does it take to process a refund? really?
