for someone i call best friends do not even know what happened. N it is all over my fb. How heart breaking is that? She texted me n said she had a bad day n asked to meet up. I replied saying i had a horrible week n cant absorb anymore. Her next text was "pouts. No worries. We'll catch up soon". For someone whom we've argued like fuck also took note on what happened to my family n offered help. Btw. I had to reject the previous comment cos i post my street address in SJ alert d. If include house number here, a bit way to obvious d.

my earlier post, i was kinda in a rush so i didnt have the time to tell everything clearly. and plus, i didnt get the detailed info.

How they got in
they came in from the front gate. climbed in of cos. break the lock, and got in.

wat happened
they got in, 5 guys searched down stairs 1st. then went up and woke my aunt and grandma up. told them to be quiet. used the telephone cord to tie hands and legs, used shirt to tie their mouth, used pillow case to cover the head, so they wont witness everything. all 5 of them are with parang...

how they got out
they got out from back door...

when tying both grandma and aunt, my aunt got this habit of wearing night gown to sleep, so when she was woken up, her night gown was above her thigh. one of the robber, pulled the dress down. my aunt of cos freaked out and say 'jgn jgn...'... the guy just pulled the dress down to cover properly, used a pillow to cover her thigh. and he said, "u ingat u siapa?" =.=

during the robbing, apparently the robbers are quite well mannered and soft spoken. when they needed my grandma to open the back door for them cos there were too many keys in my hse, they actually held my grandma carefully lead her down.

my grandma has hearing problem, so when she showed the back door, i think the robber was quite patient listening and talking to her.

my grandma got a lot of those recycle can placed near the back door. they did not kick them around to make way, instead they arrange them nicely at another corner.

they also drank 4 bottles of vitagen... =.=

once i reached home from office about 6am, the police car was already at my hse. looking around and observe as usual. that time, the lock was missing. we searched high and low. i even tried searching at the drain. but no where to be seen...
when the police was about to leave, i found the lock between the pots. the lock is spoilt. i tried putting in my keys, it cant even go in...

still cleaning up until now. the hse was so messy until dont know where to start cleaning up. and im so tired now... straight from office... until now... engine oso rosak la... T.T

Break in - The brief story...

October 2008 my hse got robbed

26 Dec 2009, approx 4am. another one...

i was working midnite shift. about 5am, my cousin called me.

apparently they took my aunt's phone as well. so i cant call, so i called my cousin's mom instead.

i called my TL immediately so that i can go home. it was worst than previous robbery.

my aunt and grandma was tied.

luckily enough. nobody was harmed. just a few stuffs was taken... which is good enough...

1st incident
it was on the weekend and suddenly my colleague ran back to his seat. i asked whats wrong. why need to ran back to his place.

usually when my aunt reach home. and during my midnite shifts period. she will slowly come up stairs and wake me up, take her dinner, shower... then only she will go online. but... this time... she just throw her bag on the floor. took out the lappie and go online... in a very rushy way. and in a way... it woke me up, without her shaking me.
i asked her. what's happening?
her reaction was

Quoting a Singapore newspaper article, Sin Chew Daily said women with bigger breasts were found to be smarter instead.

It said the study was conducted in Chicago to find out whether the size of a woman’s bust affected her brain power.

Stephen Gately from Boyzone dies at 33

I was just checking my email and I saw a familiar face on the main page. Stephen Gately.

PORT D'ANDRATX, Mallorca – Stephen Gately, a singer with the Irish boy band Boyzone who made headlines when he came out as gay a decade ago, has died while on vacation in Spain, the group said on its Web site. He was 33.

Gately "tragically died" on Saturday while visiting the island of Mallorca, the band said in a brief statement. The cause of death was not immediately clear.

Gerald Kean, a Gately family friend in Ireland, said Sunday the singer died of natural causes, without identifying them.

"There's no foul play involved, and it's not suicide. It's just a tragic accident is what we've been told, and we're happy that that is correct information," Kean said. "There is nothing untoward. It's not drugs, we don't believe. It's not suicide. It's not murder. It's not a fight. That's what we've been told."

Kean said an autopsy was expected to be conducted Tuesday.

Gately and his partner Andrew Cowles, who were wed in a civil union in 2006, were in Mallorca together, the band's statement said.

"At present we don't have too many details," the statement said. Members of the group were expected to arrive at Palma de Mallorca international airport Sunday afternoon.

Spanish police said they were called to a house near Port d'Andratx on the western tip of the island on Saturday afternoon. The cause of death was unknown and there were no signs of violence, a police spokesman said, on condition of anonymity in keeping with police rules. He said there was likely to be an autopsy.

The house, situated on an exclusive tree-lined seafront street, overlooks a rocky bay reputed to have some of the best sunset views on Spain's favorite holiday island.

By midday Sunday journalists had begun to gather outside the quiet, seaside building with several vacation apartments.

Boyzone members Ronan Keating, Keith Duffy, Mikey Graham and Shane Lynch said they were "completely devastated by the loss of our friend and brother, Stephen."

"We have shared such wonderful times together over the years and were all looking forward to sharing many more. Stephen was a beautiful person in both body and spirit. He lit up our lives and those of the many friends he had all over the world. Our love and sympathy go out to Andrew and Stephen's family. We love you and will miss you forever, 'Steo'," their statement said.

Boyzone was a U.K. hitmaker in the 1990s and announced a comeback tour at the end of last year. Gately also had released several solo singles and appeared in stage musicals, including "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat."

He revealed his sexual orientation to a British newspaper in 1999.

Elton John said Sunday that he and his partner, David Furnish, were "stunned by this tragedy."

"Stephen was the kindest, gentlest soul. We send our love and condolences to his partner Andy and to all his friends everywhere," John said in a statement.

Boyzone was one of the biggest acts to come out of Ireland in the 1990s. Former Irish Prime Minister Bertie Ahern said Gately's death was "a huge tragedy to Irish entertainment, Irish music and further afield as well."

"Boyzone and Stephen, they've all been part of Irish life and far wider than that, the last 15 years, and so successful, so it's a huge, huge tragedy. It's so sad," Ahern said.

Boyzone sold millions of records and topped the British charts with six No. 1 singles during the 1990s, including "All That I Need" and a cover of the Bee Gees' "Words."

The group was formed in 1993 by impresario Louis Walsh, who placed an ad in the press announcing auditions for Ireland's first boy band. Among the unsuccessful hopefuls was actor Colin Farrell.

Gambling

although once i reached at the age of 21, i do have the excited feeling that i can finally go to clubs legally. i can finally go in to casino. but, i do not have to urge to try every single table in the casino. and from the beginning until now, i only play slots.

and now i know why...

the other day i was curious, what was the days that we can buy 4d. so i asked my aunt. yea. i am such a newbie until that extend. my aunt told me the days (which i forgotten alre) and at the same time told me not to buy.

she told me that our family was rich back then at my grandpa generation and my mom's generation. a car? can just be bought with just a snap on fingers.

until my grandpa is old and the business need to pass down to his son, his 1st son wanted to continue his studies so his 1st son refuse to take over. hence, the business was handed to his 2nd son.

i guess i dont need to say much in between what happened. the business went bankrupt. my grandpa, died.

and now i know why my whole family is really really against gambling. even CNY, we only play like what? 50 cents? rm1? ok la. early this year we upgrade a bit, played rm2. that's all. and we only play blackjack. i always hear people playing rm10 rm50 rm100... playing chor dai dee, mahjong. games that need to paid according points.

Malaysia's 'McCurry' beats McDonald's in trademark saga


Malaysia's highest court ruled Tuesday against US fast food giant McDonald's, which has waged an eight-year battle to prevent local eatery "McCurry" from using the prefix "Mc" in its name.

"It is the end of the road for McDonald's. McCurry can use the prefix," said lawyer Sri Dev Nair who represented the family-owned restaurant, which serves up Malaysian favourites like tandoori chicken and fish masala.

"McCurry and McDonald's are two different businesses which sell different types of food and they have different customers," he said, rejecting McDonald's claim that the use of "Mc" in its name could cause confusion.

In April, McCurry scored a David-and-Goliath victory when the appeals court overturned a 2006 high court decision that McCurry had illegally infringed on the burger chain's trademark.

McDonald's on Tuesday sought permission from the federal court to contest the appeals court decision, but judges denied the application and said the burger chain's petition was "not properly framed".

"It is unfortunate we have to dismiss the application with costs," said Judge Arifin Zakaria, who headed the three-member panel. Costs amounted to 10,000 ringgit (2,845 US dollars).

"Justice has been served. The food that we serve is very different from McDonald's," said McCurry owner Kanaeges Suppiah.

"We have no similarities with them at all. That's what we have felt all this while and that's why we could go on until this stage," she told reporters.

McDonald's counsel declined to comment, saying they had to brief their client first.

"We abide by the court's decision," lawyer Wong Sai Fong said.

The McCurry restaurant, which the owners say is short for Malaysian Chicken Curry Restaurant, was established in 1999. McDonald's has 185 outlets in Malaysia, the first of which it opened in 1982.

One year...

today officially marks the 1st yr im in this company. and im actually very proud of myself. 1st job that lasted me 1 year and still keeping it going...


before i found this job, i was constantly hopping job due to childish reasons. i love this job for certain reasons. i love the environment here and the people here. politics here... is not as bad. and i have yet to get myself into any. thank god for that. despite friction happens once in a while. but interaction between 2 people will never be perfect. there must be some misunderstanding and bitchiness in us. well, a lovely couple can have arguments, why not colleagues? :)

the environment here is great. in the sense that, you look forward to come to work. u r free to do as u wish as long as u get your job done, follow the process and dont make customer pissed. unlimited coffee! and biscuits! there this particular biscuit i love and kakak will always tease me to finish that bucket of biscuits. =.=

the people here. well, most of them that is. there's this... family feeling like. this is what i call working like a family. there is complaints here and there about each other's team. but cmon, which working place do not have complaints?

the working time. everybody knows. more like... most of us... are not morning person. this job, i do not always need to work morning shift! yea, afternoon and midnite shift really sometimes made u a person with no life. but hey... u love ur job, u wont mind.

up till this date, i do not have any intention to leave. although from the day i started working here, i see a lot of colleagues leaving one by one. even the recent incident that happened to me in office, a few people asked me to leave as it is not worth it to fight some more here. it didnt cross my mind to leave. although i am very disappointed, but i didnt wanna leave. why leave when there is so many good reasons to stay but just one incident upsets me?

two highlights...

after so long not updating my blog. i only have 2 highlights...

sigh... my life is getting boring i guess...

Merdeka!
initially on the 30th, was suppose to go directly to big cow's hse to sleep over after my work but didnt manage to so ended up working OT then headed home to sleep.

then we planned what to do at nite. 1st they said they... er.
they = big cow and water dog
they wanna put on make up la, wanna go have a drink. but at the end big cow texted me saying that the make up and go for drinks part is canceled cos lazy alre. =.=
but i put it anyways cos very long never make up alre. and hiao ma.. hehe...

after got ready, headed to fetch big cow and water dog. we headed to kuchai lama to get our dinner. 100c. yes. it is 100c. not cc!

100c is a shabu shabu restaurant which serves steamboat. diff flavour of soups...


then they realised i was having make up on. and turned on their butt itchiness and they wanna make up and go have drink.

so after dinner, sent them back to make up. =.=
but we still have to head to their place cos water dog got appoinment at Omerta.

after water dog settled with her appoinment and big cow settled with her make up, we headed to Brussel at Jaya One.


had some drinks and crap and laughed like mad. everyone left and our table is like the last 2nd i think. we decided to leave. sent water dog home cos she was tired like mad. and as usual, me and big cow went to hunt for food. :P

arrived at alor but after going one round, big cow was attacked with head ache. so, balik rumahhh~

Car Wash
yea. even a car wash is an eventful highlight for me. can u imagine that? i am THAT boring these days.

i sent my car for a car wash and went shopping. and i shop like... i didnt even look at prices. was in speedy, was at a shoe shop, was in mph, was at elianto... the damage... go figure. :P

Char Siew and Hakka Noodle...

about few weeks ago i was working at midnite shift. and when i got back, my aunt was at home, baby sitting my grandma... grandma fell b4 that and needed more TLC. :D

anyways, when i got home, they said they wanna have breakfast and aunt recommended me this restaurant.



it was in Sunway Mas. when we arrived, it was quite packed with people. and the floor was too slippery. even i myself almost fell.

The Proposal

was suppose to go for movie with bigcow but didnt make it. then suppose to take dinner with aunt and grandma, but i canceled... cos... i went and watch the proposal...

was rather random. i was already thinking to finish work, pack my stuff and head home and pinkpurpledollar (PPD) suddenly asked for zanmai. which she was craving for quite some time i believe... and out of random, we asked wendi33 wanna tag along or not.

i was quite tired due to a lady's monthly routine...

after work, headed to 1u. and met with ppd first... we decided to sit at zanmai while waiting for wendi33. dinner went well and talked and laugh a lot. luckily it didnt turned out awkward like how usual 1st time meet ups. :D

after dinner, we went for movies.

the movie was great. it was really funny and laughed alllllll the way. but the ending was quite predictable. blergh... hate predictable movies. definitely adding in my dvd collections so that when i'm upset, i can watch this. :P

after movies, we parted ways...

Leo Club of SMKSU

I was a member in LEO Club of SMKSU during my schooling years.

I was digging out my clothes and found some old clothes that are good as new that i only wore like once or twice which i plan to sell it. Will let u guys know where to see it later.

Anyways, back to Leo Club. While going through my clothes, i found, my LEO vest. Yea... it was part of out uniform. And the vest is still covered with badges. Here's some of it that i really liked. others... I dont really fancy them.
